As all parts are handmade on demany,it will take a while to make them.Time depends on how many other orders I have and can vary between a few days and several weeks.Thanks for Your patience.
You will be automatically informed by me as soon as Your order will be ready for shipping.You will then get the information for the money transfer from me.Your order will be shipped within 24 hours after I receive Your payment.

how to pay
EU-citizens from countries with Euro currency will get my IBAN and BIC number to transfer the money directly to my bank account.
To all other customers I provide payment through paypal.
As soon as Your order will be ready for shipping I will send an invoice in euro currency through paypal to Your e-mail adress.The paypal system will then automatically calculate the amount in Your own currency.
I will not accept any payments in other than Euro currency.
When You pay with paypal please make sure Your delivery adress at paypal is correct.I will not ship to any alternative adress than the one I get from paypal.
warranty on my products
I give two years of warranty on all my products.When You have a damaged product please contact me and I will replace or repair it on my costs within the warranty time.
